Abstract

The invention provides a terminal cover injection mold automatically cooled through blowing. When a moving mold moves leftwards, a stay cord of a mounting shaft drives a mounting strip on the top of a spring mounting shaft in the initial position to rotate towards the lower left portion, the mounting strip approaches the portion between the moving mold and a fixed mold gradually, a blower on the left side of the mounting strip blows the moving mold and the surface for cooling, the mold is opened, the temperature is reduced, and a worker can fetch a workpiece; and then the moving mold moves rightwards to be combined with the fixed mold, the mounting strip returns to the initial position immediately under the action of the spring mounting shaft, an infrared sensor is arranged to sense the mounting strip, if it is sensed that the mounting strip does not reset, mold assembling is stopped, and safety is ensured. The terminal cover injection mold can be cooled automatically and is suitable for production.
本发明的目的是提供一种自动吹气降温的端子罩注塑模具,当动模左行时,安装轴的拉绳带动初始位置时的弹簧安装轴顶部的安装条向左下方旋转,安装条逐渐向动模和定模之间靠近,安装条左侧的吹气头便对动模和表面进行吹气降温,开模结束,温度降低,人工便可取件,之后动模右行开始合模,由于弹簧安装轴的作用,安装条立即回到初始位置,并且设置有红外感应器感应安装条,若感应到安装条则不合模,保证安全,可以自动的对模具降温,适用于生产中。
