The invention discloses a visual rescue elevator which comprises an emergency switch, lamplight and a camera. A signal relay end is arranged at the upper end of an elevator shaft. When the emergency switch in the elevator is triggered, a standby power supply is switched on for turning on the lamplight in the elevator for illumination. The camera with an infrared function is switched to a standby power working manner. A special WIFI network module is automatically started for communicating with the signal relay end at the upper end of the elevator shaft. The signal relay end converts WIFI signals into 3G/4G network signals and is connected to a remote server through a mobile network. The remote server transmits real-time signals to a service side, the service side monitors the conditions in the elevator through video, and relevant guidance and communication are conducted through voices. By means of the visual rescue elevator, accurate and fast visual interaction rescue is conducted for the emergency elevator situation and includes obtaining of the position of the elevator, the fault floor, the real-time condition of persons in the elevator and the voices of the persons in the elevator, and fast and real-time remote cooperation can be conducted by professionals.
