Abstract

The invention discloses a moving method of a belt conveyor. A plurality of racks of the belt conveyor are fixedly connected with two parallel steel rails on two sides of the racks; a cable hopper truck stretches over one end of the belt conveyor and is arranged on the steel rails; a sledge is arranged below the belt conveyor; a first rack group and a first rail section below the cable hopper truck are disconnected from the rest rails and the rest steel rails separately; the cable hopper truck and the first rail section are fixed on the sledge; the moving method comprises the following steps: first driving equipment is utilized to move a second rack group and a second rail section by one step; second driving equipment is utilized to drive the sledge to move the first rack group, the first rail section and the cable hopper truck by one step; and all the steps are circulated. According to the invention, the delay phenomenon caused by self-propelled moving of the cable hopper truck is avoided, so that the moving efficiency is increased by 200%, and the break-off and expansion bend phenomena of the steel rails during the moving process of the belt conveyor are avoided.
本发明公开了一种带式输送机的移设方法,带式输送机的多个机架与其两侧的两条平行钢轨固定连接,电缆料斗车横跨在带式输送机的一端并设置在钢轨上,带式输送机的下方设有爬犁,电缆料斗车下方的第一机架组和第一轨段分别与其余机架和其余钢轨断开,电缆料斗车及第一轨段均固定在爬犁上;移设方法包括:利用第一驱动设备驱动第二机架组和第二轨段移设一步;利用第二驱动设备驱动爬犁带动第一机架组、第一轨段以及电缆料斗车移设一步;循环上述所有步骤。本发明避免电缆料斗车的自行移设带来的延误现象,使得移设效率提高了200%,并且避免了带式输送机在移设过程中的钢轨折断和“膨胀弯”现象。
