Abstract

The invention discloses an inward-tilting triangular arch-bridge steel arch rib closing method which comprises the following steps: (I) assembling the arch rib sections below the arch rib closing section; (II) lifting the arch top section; (III) pretreating the arch rib closing section; (IV) lifting the treated arch rib closing section; (V) mounting the lifted arch rib closing section; and (VI) mounting the remaining arch rib closing sections. Through the method disclosed by the invention, the mounting stability of super-large and super-heavy structure high in the sky can be improved, the position deviation rectification and the alignment tolerance are reduced, the construction safety and closing accuracy are effectively guaranteed, reasonable force transfer of the arch rib structure is realized, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种内倾式三角拱桥钢拱肋合龙方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、对拱肋合拢段以下部分的拱肋节段进行组装:步骤二、对拱顶节段进行提升:步骤三、对拱肋合拢段进行预处理:步骤四、对处理后的拱肋合拢段进行提升;步骤五、对提升后的拱肋合拢段进行安装;步骤六、对剩余的拱肋合拢段进行安装。利用本发明,可增加在高空中超大超重结构安装的稳定性,减少位置纠偏量,减少各节段错边量,有效保证施工安全和合龙精度,实现拱肋结构传力合理,提高生产效率。
