Abstract

本发明公开了一种220kV交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器组装方法,包括,在绝缘底座上安装避雷器本体,所述避雷器本体包括瓷外套和合成绝缘外套,所述合成绝缘外套包裹在瓷外套的外表面,瓷外套采用氮化硅陶瓷,瓷外套表面镀釉,瓷外套的伞裙为不等径大小伞;在瓷外套的顶部安装均压电容器;然后在避雷器两端安装压力释放装置;最后在避雷器上安装动作及泄漏电流监测器。实现降低设备故障率的优点。
The invention discloses a 220kV alternating-current gapless metal oxide lightning arrester assembling method. The 220kV alternating-current gapless metal oxide lightning arrester assembling method comprises the steps that a lightning arrester body is installed on an insulation base, wherein the lightning arrester body comprises a porcelain sheath and a synthesized insulation sheath, the synthesized insulation sheath wraps the outer surface of the porcelain sheath, the porcelain sheath is made from silicon nitride ceramic, the surface of the porcelain sheath is plated with glaze, and umbrella skirts of the porcelain sheath are big and small unequal-diameter umbrellas; a voltage-sharing capacitor is installed at the top of the porcelain sheath; then, pressure release devices are installed at two ends of the lightning arrester; finally, an action and leakage current monitor is installed on the lightning arrester. The 220kV alternating-current gapless metal oxide lightning arrester assembling method achieves the advantage that the device failure rate is reduced.
