Abstract

The present invention discloses a mat oil receiving and transmitting, thermal insulation and heating system experiment model, method and application. The experiment model comprises an oil tank, an oil pump, a water tank, a water pump and a plurality of mat simulation cabins, an oil-water diaphragm is arranged in each mat simulation cabin, and heating systems are arranged in the oil tank and the water tank. A temperature measuring device is arranged in each mat simulation cabin, and a thermal insulation layer is laid on the exterior of each mat simulation cabin. According to the present invention, an oil transmission process of using the water to push the oil, an oil transmission process of using the oil pump to pump the oil, an oil receiving process of using the oil to push the water and an oil receiving process of using the water pump to pump the water can be simulated simultaneously, and the experiment simulation cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the crude oil is heated in an external circulation manner, when a heating technology experiment is carried out, the oil tank is used as a heating tank, the oil pump is utilized to pump the oil to the oil tank to be heated to a preset storage temperature, and then the oil is transmitted back to the mat simulation cabins, thereby finishing the circulation heating, and avoiding arranging the heating coils in the mat simulation cabins.
本发明公开了沉垫收、发油和保温加热系统实验模型、实验方法及应用,实验模型包括油罐、油泵、水罐、水泵和若干沉垫模拟舱,每个沉垫模拟舱中均设有油水隔膜;所述油罐和水罐内设有加热系统;每个沉垫模拟舱中均设有温度测量装置,每个沉垫模拟舱外均敷设保温层。本发明能够同时模拟水推油发油过程、油泵抽油发油过程、油推水收油过程或水泵抽水收油过程,降低了实验模拟成本;同时本发明采用外循环方式加热原油,在进行加热工艺实验时,将油罐用作加热罐,利用油泵将油泵送至油罐加热至储存的预定温度,然后输送回沉垫模拟舱,完成循环加热,从而避免了在沉垫模拟舱内布设加热盘管。
