Abstract

The invention discloses a spherical liquid dynamic pressure bearing floating measuring method. The method comprises the following steps of: designing a floating measuring ring according to an interval between a rotor and a housing; according to the rotor, the floating measuring ring and the housing, estimating capacitance C when a dynamic pressure bearing does not float and capacitance C' when the dynamic pressure bearing floats, and calculating a change [delta]C; according to the magnitudes of capacitance C1, C2, C3, C4, C and C', selecting a capacitance measuring device with a suitable range; and in a high-speed rotating mechanical starting process, using the capacitance measuring device to measure the capacitance, and if the capacitance sudden change [delta]C from the non-floating process to the floating process is detected, then indicating that the dynamic pressure bearing normally floats. According to the invention, the floating measuring ring is utilized to complete the conversion of the tested capacitance from immeasurable to measurable, the monitoring on the operation state of the spherical liquid dynamic pressure bearing is realized, the floating state of the spherical liquid dynamic pressure bearing is accurately detected, and the monitoring effect is good.
本发明公开了球形液体动压轴承浮起测量方法,包括以下步骤:根据转子、外壳之间的间隙设计测浮环;根据转子、测浮环、外壳估算动压轴承未浮起时电容C、动压轴承浮起时电容C’,以及变化ΔC;根据电容C1、C2、C3、C4、C、C’的大小选择适合量程的电容测量设备;在高速旋转机械启动过程中,使用电容测量设备测量电容值,如果有从未浮起到浮起的电容突变ΔC,则动压轴承浮起正常。本发明利用测浮环完成被测电容由不可测量到可测量的转化,从而实现球形动压轴承的运行状态的监测,能够准确的检测动压轴承的浮起状态,监测效果好。
