Environment-friendly chemical surface treatment method of aluminum foil in aluminum plastic film for lithium battery packing

Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly chemical surface treatment method of an aluminum foil in an aluminum plastic film for lithium battery packing. The method comprises the following steps: (1) alkali liquid is used for degreasing the surface of the aluminum foil and removing an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum foil; a solute of the alkali liquid is any one or a mixture of more than any two in KOH, K2CO3 and K3PO4; and the concentration is 0.025-0.1 mol/L; (2) clear water is used for cleaning; (3) acid liquid is used for improving the surface roughness of the aluminum foil and forming a stable passivation film resisting corrosion of hydrofluoric acid; a solute of the acid liquid is any one or a mixture of more than any two in HNO3, HCI, H2SO4 and HF; and the concentration is 0.5-3 mol/L; and (4) the clear water is used for cleaning. The components used by the method are all environmental protecting materials without containing chromium element, are safer, can be continuously recycled, and are lower in costs; the obtained aluminum foil is more excellent in hydrofluoric acid corrosion resistance; and the correspondingly prepared aluminum plastic film is higher in stripping force.
本发明公开了锂电池软包装用铝塑膜中铝箔的环保化学表面处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)用碱液使铝箔表面脱脂并去除铝箔表面的氧化物膜,碱液溶质为KOH、K2CO3、K3PO4中的任一种或任两种以上的混合物,浓度为0.025~0.1mol/L;(2)清水冲净;(3)用酸液提高铝箔表面粗糙度并形成耐氢氟酸腐蚀的稳定钝化膜,酸液溶质为HNO3、HCI、H2SO4、HF中的任一种或任两种以上的混合物,浓度为0.5~3mol/L;(4)清水冲净。本方法所用成分均为环保材料,不含铬元素,更加安全,且可连续循环使用,成本更低,得到的铝箔具有更加优异的抗氢氟酸腐蚀性能,相应制得的铝塑膜具有更高的剥离力。
