Abstract

一种电磁辅助搅拌摩擦焊装置及其细化晶粒的方法,该装置包括在搅拌头本体上设置强力磁铁,在焊接平台底部设置与搅拌头本体上的强力磁铁同步移动的同名磁极相对的强力磁铁,在焊件底部焊接平台上设置强制水冷却通道,在焊件对接缝上施加与焊接方向一致的直流电流,焊接时,搅拌头本体携带强力磁铁做高速旋转运动与焊件正下方同名磁极相对强力磁铁一起形成强磁场,强磁场与焊件对接缝上电子风力双重作用以及焊件强制冷却作用共同影响搅拌摩擦塑性变形金属内部的位错运动,达到焊接效率高,成本低,搅拌头使用寿命长,焊缝组织晶粒得到有效细化,综合性能显著提高的目的。
The invention discloses an electromagnetic auxiliary friction stir welding device and a method for refining crystal grains by the aid of the same. The electromagnetic auxiliary friction stir welding device comprises a strong magnet. The strong magnet is arranged on a stir head body, another strong magnet is arranged at the bottom of a welding platform, same magnetic poles of the two strong magnets are opposite to one another, the strong magnet at the bottom of the welding platform and the strong magnet on the stir head body can synchronously move, forced water cooling channels are arranged on the welding platform and are positioned at the bottoms of weld components, and direct currents which are consistent with welding directions are applied to butt joints of the weld components. The electromagnetic auxiliary friction stir welding device and the method have the advantages that the stir head body carries the corresponding strong magnet to carry out high-speed rotation movement during welding, strong magnetic fields are formed by the corresponding strong magnet and the strong magnet, with the same magnetic poles opposite to the magnetic poles of the corresponding strong magnet, below the weld components, dislocation movement inside friction stir plastic deformation metal is jointly affected by electronic and wind-power double effects on the strong magnetic fields and the butt joints of the weld components and forced cooling effects on the weld components, accordingly, the electromagnetic auxiliary friction stir welding device is high in welding efficiency and low in cost, a stir head is long in service life, the crystal grains of microstructures of weld joints can be effectively refined, and the comprehensive performance can be obviously improved.
