Abstract

The invention discloses a polishing disc for optical fiber ceramic ferrules. The polishing disc comprises a polishing base plate and a polishing disc body, wherein the two sides of the polishing base plate are inwards bent to form placement strips for placement of the polishing disc body; the polishing disc body are placed on the placement strips; multiple rows of antiskid convex points distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the surface of the polishing base plate; multiple rows of insertion holes distributed at equal intervals and used for insertion of the optical fiber ceramic ferrules are formed in the polishing disc body; each insertion hole is positioned right above the corresponding antiskid convex point; and bolt fixing holes are respectively formed in the four corners of the polishing disc body. With the adoption of the polishing disc, a plurality of optical fiber ceramic ferrules to be polished can be placed simultaneously, and subsequent one-time polishing is carried out, so that the optical fiber ceramic ferrule polishing efficiency is improved greatly; and the polishing device has a simple structure, is easy to realize and has a good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种用于光纤陶瓷插芯的磨平盘,包括磨平底板和磨平盘体,所述磨平底板的两侧向内弯折形成用于放置磨平盘体的放置条,所述磨平盘体放置在放置条上,所述磨平底板的表面设有若个排等间隔分布的防滑凸点,所述磨平盘体上设有若个排等间隔分布的用于插接光纤陶瓷插芯的插接孔,每个插接孔位于每个防滑凸点的正上方,所述磨平盘体的四角还分别设置螺栓固定孔。本发明能够同时放置多个待磨平的光纤陶瓷插芯,进行后续一次性打磨,大大提高了光纤陶瓷插芯磨平效率,结构简单,容易实现,具有良好的应用前景。
