Preparation method and application of functionalized graphene and calcium carbonate composite hollow microspheres

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of functionalized graphene and calcium carbonate composite hollow microspheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing functionalized graphene with a calcium salt solution in a container, and sealing the container by virtue of a paraffin sealing membrane; carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the obtained mixed solution; forming a hole in the sealed part of the container containing the mixed solution, and putting the container into a closed container filled with concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium carbonate; transferring the closed container into a constant temperature incubation box, and culturing; removing crystals produced in a gas-liquid interface by virtue of a cover slip, carrying out centrifugal separation on the mixed solution, and carrying out vacuum drying, so as to obtain the product. According to the preparation method, tetraethylenepentamine modified graphene is utilized as a template to induce calcium carbonate crystals to crystallize and grow; prepared calcium carbonate is a regular spherical hollow crystal, and the regular spherical hollow crystal has a relatively large specific surface area, a hollow structure and a rough surface structure, is good in dispersity and cytocompatibility, can be prepared into drug carriers or tissue engineering scaffold and can be applied to the medical field of bone tissues, and the crystal form is vaterite.
本发明提供的是一种功能化石墨烯与碳酸钙复合中空微球的制备方法及应用。将功能化石墨烯与钙盐溶液在容器中混合并用石蜡封口膜对容器进行封口;将上述得到的混合溶液进行超声分散;在上述混合溶液容器的封口处扎孔并置于放有浓硫酸和碳酸铵的密闭容器中;将上述密闭容器移入恒温培养箱内,培养;用盖玻片移除气液界面处生成的晶体,将混合溶液进行离心分离,真空干燥得到产品。本发明采用四乙烯五胺修饰的石墨烯为模板,诱导碳酸钙晶体结晶生长。制备出的碳酸钙为规则的球状中空晶体具有更大的比表面积,晶型为球霰石,分散性好,具有中空结构、粗糙的表面结构和良好的细胞相容性,可制成药物载体或人体组织工程支架,应用于骨组织医疗领域。
