Abstract

本发明涉及一种防内组件拉脱的制造方法,包括三球销万向节、三柱槽壳、三个球环,该三个球环分别分布于三球销万向节的三个球销上,该三球销万向节装于三柱槽壳的滚道内;其制造方法步骤为:1)、在三柱槽壳的滚道口部增加铆口,该铆口是通过在滚道口部两边各铆两个铆点,将滚道口部端面的金属往球道中心挤压,从而在滚道口部位置与三球销万向节的球环形成过盈配合;2)、在装配中通过压力机将三球销万向节压入三柱槽壳滚道内,此时滚道口部以下的三球销万向节与三柱槽壳之间为间隙配合;本发明的有益效果为:解决在物流运输中、主机厂装配过程中三球销万向节从三柱槽壳滚道脱出,导致三球销万向节损坏失效问题。
The invention relates to a manufacturing method for preventing an inner component from getting out. According to the manufacturing method for preventing the inner component from getting out, a tripod universal joint, a three-column-groove shell and three ball rings are included, the three ball rings are distributed on three ball pins of the tripod universal joint correspondingly, and the tripod universal joint is installed inside roller paths of the three-column-groove shell. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that 1, rivet openings are added in roller path opening parts of the three-column-groove shell, the rivet openings are formed by riveting two rivet points on the two sides of each roller path opening part, and metal on the end surface of each roller path opening part is squeezed towards the center of the corresponding ball path, so that the metal is in interference fit with the ball rings of the tripod universal joint in the positions of the roller path opening parts; and 2, the tripod universal joint is pressed into the roller paths of the three-column-groove shell through a press machine during assembling, and then the tripod universal joint below the roller path opening parts is in clearance fit with the three-column-groove shell. The manufacturing method for preventing the inner component from getting out has the beneficial effect that the problem that the tripod universal joint is damaged and loses efficacy due to the fact that the tripod universal joint gets out of the roller paths of the three-column-groove shell during logistics transporting and in the assembling process of a main machine plant is solved.
